Terrible attendance. I started the WhatsApp conversation early in the morning, and by the end of the afternoon they still hadn't finished answering me. Even pastries are better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiência não foi muito boa! Tinha expectativas altas pois estou em processo de emagrecimento e busquei a clínica devido o seu exames e pela indicação de uma influencer. No final, segui o preparo solicitado, cheguei com antecedência mas devido uma falha de agenda ou qualquer outra coisa que não me explicaram, não consegui fazer todos os exames propostos pela clínica antes de ser atendida pela nutricionista. E se eu não tivesse questionado estaria de jejum (sem necessidade) até a hora de ir embora pois ninguém foi capaz de falar comigo que não conseguiria me atender conforme planejado…
My experience was not very good! I had high expectations because I'm in the process of losing weight and I went to the clinic because of her exams and the indication of an influencer. In the end, I followed the requested preparation, arrived early, but due to a lack of schedule or something else that was not explained to me, I was unable to do all the exams proposed by the clinic before being seen by the nutritionist. And if I had not asked, I would have been fasting (unnecessarily) until it was time to leave because no one was able to talk to me that they would not be able to attend to me as planned...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, completo 1 ano com a Clínica New Form. Só tenho a elogiar este lugar, desde os médicos que me acompanham até a estrutura do espaço. Ambiente limpo e muito bonito e a equipe totalmente simpática e prestativa. Faço acompanhamento com nutricionista e médico do suporte, e desde então, eu venho melhorando minha saúde e meu desempenho no esporte o qual eu pratico que é o Crossfit. E faço meus exames para check up dentro de casa, o que eu achei incrível, pois é a primeira clínica a qual eu fui atendida que trabalha com coleta domiciliar.
Mas pra finalizar, eu super indico e recomendo a todos para que conheçam a clínica e façam seus exames lá.
Today, I complete 1 year with the New Form Clinic. I can only praise this place, from the doctors who accompany me to the structure of the space. Clean and beautiful environment and the staff were totally friendly and helpful. I follow up with a nutritionist and support doctor, and since then, I've been improving my health and my performance in the sport I practice, which is Crossfit. And I do my exams for check-up at home, which I thought was amazing, as it is the first clinic I was attended that works with collection at home.
But to finish, I highly recommend and recommend everyone to get to know the clinic and take their exams there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento, passando pelas recepcionistas, fisiologista, nutricionista (Dr. Lucas Toyama), equipe enfermagem e todos os demais profissionais que atuam na clínica. O ambiente tb é aconchegante e acolhedor.
Outro ponto super positivo é que todo processo de solicitação de reembolso junto ao convênio é feito pela própria clínica e qdo o reembolso cai na minha conta, simplesmente transfiro e ok, não tenho mais nenhum trabalho. Além disso nao preciso pagar coparticipação do convenio. Meus filhos fazem acompanhamento há 01 ano aproximadamente e tiveram ótimos resultados, super recomendo!
Excellent service, passing through the receptionists, physiologist, nutritionist (Dr. Lucas Toyama), team nursing and all other professionals who work in the clinic. The ambience tb is cozy and welcoming.
Another super positive point is that every repayment request process next to the covenant is done by the clinic itself and when the repayment falls into my account, I simply transfer and ok, I have no more work. Moreover, I do not need to pay Convention Coparticipation. My children accompaniment 1 year ago and had great results, super recommend!
