★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um veiculo na loja e paguei alguns ascessorios para serem colocados, os accessorios apresentaram defeito na instalaçao, fui a loja reclamei com o pessolal dos acessorios, falei com Andre tecnico dos Acessorios, ele disse que Acionaria a garantia, passou-se um mês e nada, entrei em contato com o Gerente de pos vendas que me passou para a supervisora Liz, e esta me garantiu que resolveria o problema. estou com mais de um mês e nao tive meu problema resolvido. É triste ter felicidade de comprar um carro mas ter esse desemparo na hora que precisamos.
 I bought a vehicle at the store and paid for some accessories to be fitted, the accessories were defective in the installation, I went to the store and complained to the accessories staff, I spoke to André technician dos Acessorios, he said that he would activate the warranty, a month passed and nothing, I contacted the After Sales Manager who passed me on to the supervisor Liz, and she assured me that she would solve the problem. It's been over a month and I haven't had my problem resolved. It's sad to be happy to buy a car but to have this helplessness when we need it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência frustrante comprei um UP 2014/2015 na Loja de Semi Novos. O carro já apresentou vários problemas ele tá na garantia de 90 dias. Corri risco de morte com minha com minha família dia 31/07/2021 com um sério vazamento de gasolina. Foi para o conserto, porém e me deram a garantia que o carro estava ok, mas quando levei dia 12/08 na oficina pra minha triste surpresa está com o amortecedor dianteiro, estourado e tem que trocar kit de embreagem, a corrente dentada tb precisa ser substituía e varias outras peças, resumindo o carro não poderia ter sido vendido sem os devidos consertos com antecedência. Que valor a vida tem???...Quero meu dinheiro de volta!
Frustrating experience I bought a 2014/2015 UP at Loja de Semi Novos. The car has already had several problems, it's under the 90-day warranty. I risked death with my family on 07/31/2021 with a serious gas leak. It was repaired, however, and they gave me the guarantee that the car was ok, but when I took it to the workshop on 08/12, to my sad surprise, the front shock absorber is blown and I have to change the clutch kit, the sprocket needs also be replaced and several other parts, in short the car could not have been sold without proper repairs in advance. How valuable is life???...I want my money back!
