★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pudesse não daria estrela nenhuma!!! Funcionárias despreparadas, mal educadas e grosseiras, impressionante!!! Exemplo de desorganização e má gestão... espero q haha um treinamento e seleção criteriosos dos funcionários da loja... não volto nunca mais e óbvio não recomendo a ninguém a mesma experiência...
 If I could I would not give any stars !!! Unprepared employees, rude and rude, impressive !!! Example of disorganization and poor management ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima. Fiquei mais de uma hora em pé esperando por uma impressão colorida. Não conseguiram resolver o problema da configuração da impressora e ainda por cima me cobraram 14 reais. Um horror!
Poor I stood for over an hour waiting for a color print. They could not solve the problem of printer configuration and they charged me 14 reais. Horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse como não dar nenhuma estrela eu daria!!!! Essa loja deixou a desejar quando eu fui xerocar meus documentos. Todo mundo sabe o valor a ser cobrado da xerox é por folha. Mas quiseram me cobrar por documento! Mas como assim? Sendo que será ultilizado somente uma folha, e a tinta que vai ser usado em um documento será usado em todos em uma folha só. A moça do caixa que recebe o dinheiro queria me cobrar 0,50 centavos por documento que no total ficaria 7,00. Achei um absurdo aquilo!!! Porque não tem cabimento ser cobrado por documento de jeito nenhum!!!
Fui tentar explicar a moça do caixa e ela disse que era "regras da loja" e que ali só era cobrado por documento.
Não entendo!! Quero entender.. como uma xerox e cobrado por documento se é a mesma folha e usa a mesma tinta de uma vez só!!!
Então se eu quiser levar um livro e xerocar as folhas eles me cobrariam 0,50 centavos por parágrafo mesmo sendo uma só folha? Absurdo!!!!!
Gente! Não caiam nessa! Não deixem ser levado por essa ladroagem!! Deem valor ao dinheiro de vocês! Procurem outra loja!! nao recomendo essa loja para quem quer tirar xerox de documento. Sério mesmo!!!! Ahh e outra coisa Para você olhar seu e-mail é cobrado um valor De 2,00 a cada 5 minutos sendo que a internet e um lixo!!! Demora tanto para abrir a página que você acaba pagando 2x porque passou muito do seu tempo.
If there was no way to give any stars I would !!!! This store left something to be desired when I went to check my documents. Everyone knows the amount to be charged from the xerox is per sheet. But they wanted to charge me for a document! But how so? Since only one sheet will be used, and the ink that will be used in a document will be used in all on one sheet. The cashier girl who receives the money wanted to charge me 0.50 cents for a document that would total 7.00. I found that absurd !!! Because there is no reason to be charged for documents at all !!!
I went to try to explain the cashier girl and she said that it was "rules of the store" and that there only was charged for documents.
Do not understand!! I want to understand .. like a photocopy and charged per document if it is the same sheet and uses the same ink at once !!!
So if I want to take a book and copy the sheets, would they charge me 0.50 cents per paragraph even though it is a single sheet? Absurd!!!!!
People! Don't fall for it! Do not let yourself be carried away by this thieving !! Value your money! Look for another store !! I do not recommend this store for anyone who wants to copy documents. Really!!!! Ahh and another thing For you to look at your email you are charged 2.00 every 5 minutes and the internet is a waste !!! It takes so long to open the page that you end up paying 2x because you spent so much of your time.

Se precisar imprimir um documento em preto e branco do pendrive prepare o bolso, pois cobram 6 reais por uma impressão simples! Ainda inventam uma cobrança de 2 reais por 10 segundos de acesso ao computador (plugar o pendrive, clicar no arquivo e imprimir), que avisam que é cobrado somente após o acesso. Absurdo!
Não volto nunca mais!

If you need to print a black and white document from the USB stick, prepare the pocket, as they charge 6 reais for a simple print! They still invent a charge of 2 reais for 10 seconds of access to the computer (plug in the pendrive, click on the file and print), which warn that it is charged only after access. Absurd!
I'll never be back!

O atendimento foi bom, mas o processo de impressão é terrível e fazem uma venda casada
