★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima!!! Liga, liga, liga e ninguém atende! Estou sem internet há mais de 6h, em pleno sábado, dia que mais preciso da internet para estudar e trabalhar e não tenho suporte nenhum, nem uma explicação do porquê estar sem, nem uma resposta automática. Um absurdo. Isso que ganha um cliente que paga todas as faturas em dia.
Péssimo serviço. Quero ver se dão desconto na próxima fatura, isso não fazem.
Decepção.
Atualização: a queda da minha internet foi dia 12/02 às 15h e ainda estou sem internet dia 13/02 as 21h e sem nenhum tipo de suporte ou
atendimento.
Awful!!! Call, call, call and no one answers! I've been without internet for more than 6 hours, on Saturday, the day I need the internet the most to study and work and I don't have any support, nor an explanation of why I don't have it, nor an automatic response. An absurdity. That's what a customer earns who pays all invoices on time.
Terrible service. I want to see if they give a discount on the next invoice, they don't.
Disappointment.
Update: my internet went down on the 12/02 at 15h and I still have no internet on the 13/02 at 21h and without any kind of support or
attendance.
