Mês passado comprei um sapato( de outro fornecedor) que teve um pequeno problema, confesso que não tenho muito tempo, e quando fui na loja a Jane foi bastante prestativa em auxiliar para resolver a troca do produto com o ( outro fornecedor) e no outro dia Jane entra em contato para informar que já estava disponível para realizar a troca do produto ( Achei bastante ágil o sistema de troca, vendo que outras lojas demora um determinado tempo gerando transtorno ao cliente, quem trabalhar com atendimento sabe que o tempo do seu cliente é precioso e eu super recomendo os produtos da NEYLA VENÂNCIO, ótimo atendimento, qualidade e também gostaria de agradecer novamente a Jane pois ela foi bastante prestativa. Obrigada Jane pelo atenção.
