Comprei um móvel e precisei pagar para alguém montar, pq os montadores nunca apareceram.
They don't answer the phone, if you need anything or in the store you can solve it.
I bought a piece of furniture and had to pay someone to assemble it, because the assemblers never showed up.

Fui vê imediatamente aqui e a loja já estava fechada. Foi na montagem, pois o cara montou na hora e minha irmã não percebeu. ? *13/04/2022. Voltei aqui para agradecer pela troca do meu produto,sei que é dever da loja. É que fui bem atendida. Estou satisfeita. Obrigada.
Today, Saturday 04/9/22, I asked my sister to buy a chair with wheels for the office on her card, it arrived with a chip on the bottom. I immediately went to see here and the store was already closed. It was in the assembly, because the guy assembled it right away and my sister didn't notice. ? *13/04/2022. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ loja horrivel. comprei um celular samsung a35, me deram o preço errado, e quando eu ja tinha colocado todos os meus dados me ligaram dizendo pra devolver porque segundo eles, o celular é 1000 reais mais caro (apenas na loja deles porque em todas as outras lojas não passada de 1.500 reais). 0 organização, não recomendo pra ninguém.
horrible store. I bought a samsung a35 cell phone, they gave me the wrong price, and when I had already put all my data they called me saying to return it because according to them, the cell phone is 1000 reais more expensive (only in their store because in all other stores they don't past 1,500 reais). 0 organization, do not recommend to anyone.
