★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente estranho, o lugar não é adequado pra o que é proposto, garçom bem confuso, pedi um suco, levaram em outra mesa , depois retiraram reformaram o suco e me serviram, os espetinhos deixam a desejar muito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após aguardar 55 minutos para trazer nossos espetinho, o garçom serve faltando 1 de "picanha". O mais absurdo é que nós cobram quase R$ 10 num espetinho que NÃO é de Picanha. Isso mesmo, Picanha que não é Picanha.
Fujam daqui. Nunca mais eu volto.
After waiting 55 minutes to bring our kabobs, the waiter serves missing 1 "picanha". The most absurd is that we charge almost $ 10 on a skewer that is NOT Picanha. That's right, Picanha which is not Picanha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou de São Paulo e visito Ribeirão Preto com frequência, já visitei outras vezes e a qualidade da carne e o sabor eram melhores.
Hoje foi meio decepcionante, fizemos o pedido era 21:15, eram 21:50 e ainda não estava pronto, pedi ao garçom para embalar e ele disse que estava embalando, isto demorou uns 15 minutos ainda. Pedi para que o mesmo fechasse a conta, e demorou mais.
No final ainda trouxe a conta com os 10% do serviço mal prestado. Recomendaria antes, hoje não mais, a qualidade do serviço e do produto principal oferecido, não e mais a mesma.
Sugestão de melhoria:
- Recomendo terem no minimo mais 1 garçom, divida as mesas por garçom. Assim cada um cuida de uma área, isto agiliza o atendimento ao cliente e garante que ele esta sempre por perto para ouvir o cliente.
- O cliente espera muito tempo por um espetinho, recomendo não passar de 15 minutos. Pois vem suco, vem talher, vem guarnições, no final quando o espetinho chega o suco não e mais gelado. Creio até que deveria ter mais de uma churrasqueira, pois só uma não da conta da demanda de pedidos.
I am from São Paulo and I visit Ribeirão Preto often, I have visited other times and the meat quality and taste were better.
Today was kind of disappointing, we ordered 21:15, 21:50 and it wasn't ready yet, I asked the waiter to pack it and he said it was packing, it took about 15 minutes yet. I asked for it to close the account, and took over.
In the end even brought the bill with 10% of the bad service. I would rather recommend today, no longer, the quality of service and the main product offered, not the same.
Improvement suggestion:
- I recommend having at least 1 more waiter, divide the tables by waiter. So each one takes care of an area, this speeds up customer service and ensures he is always around to listen to the customer.
- The customer waiting too long for a skewer, I recommend no more than 15 minutes. Because comes juice, comes silverware, comes garnishes, in the end when the skewer arrives the juice is no longer cold. I even believe that there should be more than one barbecue, because only one does not account for the demand for orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom foi a primeira vez mais logo de cara as funcionárias já veio mal morada, somos uma família 4 pessoas elas queriam nós colocar em mesa separadas, o cliente do lado até com sua gentileza ofereceu a mesa dele, mais não sentimos confortável num lugar como esse atendimento desagradável. Não indico..funcionárias mal educada e mal instruídas.
Well it was the first time but right away the employees came with a bad address, we are a family 4 people they wanted us to put at a separate table, the customer next door even with his kindness offered his table, but we don't feel comfortable in a place like this unpleasant service.
