Sei os direitos do consumidor Lei 1386/19, seria bom informar a vendedora disso, enfim fiquei bastante chateada por que pareceu que a errada fui eu de querer devolver a mercadoria vencida.
I bought a product with the expiration date expired at Nice perfumery, I took it to make the exchange or return and the seller answered me with the utmost normality, even charged the difference of the product I took and didn't even apologize for what happened ..
I know consumer rights Law 1386/19, it would be good to inform the seller of this, anyway I was quite upset because it seemed that I was wrong to want to return the expired goods.
