★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma mesa e 6 cadeiras no final de setembro de 2018, consegui ter a minha mesa e cadeiras completa somente em junho de 2019. Tive que trocar o tampo da mesa e as cadeiras tiveram que ser trocadas 3 vezes (cada troca tinha que esperar 30 dias úteis para o novo produto) todas com marcas de batida. Uma vergonha a loja não é das mais baratas, porém a qualidade de alguns fornecedores e do pós venda deixa a desejar. Foram diversas ligações mensagens no Whatsapp idas até a loja e o máximo que faziam era pedir desculpas. Pelo valor/qualidade e pelo stress que passei não indico. Pela qualidade que recebi, poderia ter economizado dinheiro e ter comprado em uma loja mais barata.
I bought a table and 6 chairs at the end of September 2018, I was able to have my table and chairs complete only in June 2019. I had to change the table top and the chairs had to be changed 3 times (each exchange had to wait 30 days for the new product) all with hit marks. Shame the store is not the cheapest, but the quality of some suppliers and the after sales leaves something to be desired. There were several calls on Whatsapp that went to the store and the most they did was apologize. For the value / quality and the stress I went through did not indicate. By the quality I received, I could have saved money and bought it at a cheaper store.

I'm having a lot of difficulty with this company, their sales are excellent, after sales are horrible. If you buy, pray not to come with a problem, if not, get ready. The manager assumes nothing, completely unprepared. If they don't solve my case, I'll return everything, without a shadow of a doubt. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei uma mesa com cadeiras a vista para receber o produto antes. Passou o prazo, não entregaram e estão nos enrolando por dias, nem nos respondem mais. Fujam dessa empresa.
I paid for a table with chairs in view to receive the product before. The deadline passed, they didn't deliver and they've been stalling us for days, they don't even respond to us anymore. Run away from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo essa loja, fiz uma compra em julho 2021, e até agora só tive dor de cabeça, vendedores excelentes, agora os responsáveis pela entrega e pela loja péssimos, ainda estou com problemas com eles .
I don't recommend this store, I made a purchase in July 2021, and so far I've only had a headache, excellent sellers, now those responsible for delivery and the store are terrible, I'm still having problems with them.
