★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já teve 2 vezes que pedi e deu certo, porém dessa vez fizeram promoção no iFood. Pedi um calzone ontem e estou até hoje esperando por ele. Tentei contato com a loja e com o próprio ifood sem sucesso. Não gostei do descaso, não comprarei mais de jeito nenhum. Não recebi minha comida e nem meu dinheiro de volta
 There were already 2 times that I asked and it worked, but this time they did a promotion on iFood. I ordered a calzone yesterday and I'm still waiting for it today. I tried to contact the store and the ifood itself without success. I didn't like the neglect, I won't buy any more. I didn't get my food or my money back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi uma pizza grande de calabresa e só conseguir comer 1 pedaço, porque retirei as rodelas de calabresa. A embalagem não é bem vedada, a pizza estava fria e com aparência ruim, deu a impressão de ter sido preparada muito antes e guardada para aguardar um pedido (era a promoção do dia). Não recomendo.
I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and only managed to eat 1 piece, because I removed the pepperoni slices. The packaging is not well sealed, the pizza was cold and bad looking, it gave the impression of having been prepared long beforehand and kept to wait for an order (it was the promotion of the day). I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fiz um pedido pelo iFood hoje e foi cancelado, a loja fechou o atendimento no iFood.
Ao ligar para pedir via delivery o atendente foi intransigente, recusou-se a flexibilizar e manter a mesma condição, por fim disse não estar me ouvindo e desligou. Atendente desqualificado! (Ligação 19:53, durou 8 min).
A pizza de calabresa é excelente!
I placed an order through iFood today and it was cancelled, the store closed service on iFood.
When calling to order via delivery, the attendant was intransigent, refused to be flexible and maintain the same condition, finally said he was not listening to me and hung up. Disqualified attendant! (Call 19:53, lasted 8 min).

o pedido veio totalmente errado. Solicitamos meia frango/requeijão com chocolate e uma mussarela. Veio uma de frango e a de mussarela veio com chocolate por baixo. Além desse absurdo, tento ligar pro delivery e o Gleydson me informou q n continuaria em ligação cmg e q passaria pra gerência, mas q n sabe se tem alguém na unidade. "Que provavelmente tem alguém no encerramento". Estamos tentando contato para resolver o problema. Ligamos mais 7 x e a pessoa ficava encerrando a chamada, na oitava vez qndo atenderam disseram q a loja já tinha encerrado e n podiam fazer mais nada, sendo q desde notamos o erro entramos em contato. O número de contato n é na unidade, é em uma central q fica até mais tarde sem nenhuma utilidade, sem nenhum contato. Fomos imensamente lesados por esse estabelecimento! Sempre solicitavamos, mas agora NUNCA MAIS e quantas pessoas puder informar sobre nosso prejuízo e descaso q sofremos irei fazer.
