★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui cliente por mais de 15 anos e hoje não recomendo mais. Pois fiz a troca de quatro pneus e me condenaram a suspensão dianteira completa, por confiar na empresa troquei tudo a dois meses atrás e hj voltei pra fazer um revisão na suspensão, pois apresentou um problema na mesma e fui muito mau atendido com falta de respeito e deboche por parte de um funcionário(acho que o novo gerente o qual não sei o nome) e por fim fui embora sem que resolvessem o problema!
I've been a customer for over 15 years and today I don't recommend it anymore. Because I changed four tires and they condemned me to the complete front suspension, for trusting the company I changed everything two months ago and today I went back to do a review on the suspension, because it had a problem with it and I was very poorly attended with lack of respect and mockery on the part of an employee (I think the new manager whose name I don't know) and finally I left without the problem being resolved!

Muita pressa em receber e demora mas explicações dos problemas do carro!! Me arrependi, tá difícil achar uma oficina boa, com preço justo e serviço de qualidade em Niterói.
All employees including cashier, manager and etc without masks. A lot of harshness and lack of education from the Soraia box. I'm never coming back. Very hurry to receive and delay but explanations of car problems!! I regretted it, it's hard to find a good workshop, with a fair price and quality service in Niterói.
