Esperei uma hora e meia e retornei a ligação, é um rapaz me atendeu sem saber me informar se realmente iriam mandar o gás que eu havia pedido. Vinte minutos depois, retornei a ligação pedindo para cancelar, e simplesmente o rapaz " me agradeceu". Kkkkk Tive que rir, tamanha a falta de respeito com o cliente. Não indico para ninguém.
Junk service! I called the establishment and was very poorly attended. I waited an hour and a half and returned the call, a guy answered me without knowing how to tell me if they were really going to send the gas I had asked for. Twenty minutes later, I returned the call asking to cancel, and the boy simply "thanked me". Kkkkk I had to laugh, so much the lack of respect with the customer. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem fiz meu pedido de gás as 18:15 Com uma senhora , esperei 1 hora não entregaram e liguei novamente e não atenderam o telefone esperei até 20:40 liguei mais de 30 x não atenderam , até hj não me ligaram nem deram uma satisfação do pq não me entregaram meu gás , acabei fazendo pedido em outro depósito e com 5 minutos o meu gás chegou , pra vcs que não me entregaram perdeu um cliente. E o depósito que eu pedi e me entregou em 5 minutos fica na rua nena Barreto .
Yesterday I placed my gas order at 18:15 With a lady , I waited 1 hour they did not deliver and I called again and they did not answer the phone I waited until 20:40 I called more than 30 times they did not answer , until today they did not call me or give me a satisfaction because they didn't deliver me my gas, I ended up ordering at another warehouse and within 5 minutes my gas arrived, for you guys who didn't deliver me, I lost a customer. And the deposit I asked for and delivered to me in 5 minutes is on Rua Nena Barreto.
