★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi traumática logo de cara. O telefone fixo só chama,então tive que me deslocar até o estabelecimento para pedir informações. Era um sábado e faltava 2 minutos para o encerramento. O recepcionista que abandonou a recepção e já estava malhando só disse que encerrou. Como já foi dito aqui um cavalo batizado. Eu nem sequer tive coragem de perguntar nada, não me senti a vontade. Saí de lá decepcionada.
 My experience was traumatic right away. The landline just calls, so I had to move to the property to ask for information. It was a Saturday and it was 2 minutes to closing. The receptionist who left the reception and was already working just said that it ended. As has been said here a christening horse. I did not even dare to ask anything, I did not feel like it. I left disappointed.

São disponibilizadas aulas de natação para crianças, jovens e adultos. Os professores que lidam com crianças são excelentes, dando um atenção mais do que especial para os alunos e aos pais. Também possui aulas de hidroginástica.
Caso o atleta esteja buscando treinamento de alto nível para competições, o local é altamente recomendado. Este treinamento é dado por Alexandre Nina, treinador renomado, com reconhecimento internacional, ligado à Confederação Brasileira de Desportos Aquáticos - CBDA, fazendo a gestão de todos os treinamentos nacionais de maratonas aquáticas. Atletas de natação, treinados na Nina, já venceram títulos de grande vulta nacionais e internacionais. Inclusive, um deles chegou a ser campeão mundial, vencendo Michael Phelps na final.
