Realmente a comida é boa.
Mas a garçonete ficava empurrando coisas que não havíamos pedido. Disse que serviria uma "apresentação" mas de repente, kkkkk, começou a chegar vários pratos na mesa, principalmente de frituras. Uma quantidade muito grande de coisas que ela nem sabia se gostávamos. Eu queria pedir os ítens que gosto do cardápio mas não parava de chegar pratos na mesa. Quando pedimos10 joes de salmão, ela disse: Calma, não é assim que funciona. Vou trazer pra vcs provarem e se gostarem trago mais. Kkk
Não entendi nada. Ela decide o que eu vou comer, muito estranho. Kkk. Mas a comida é boa, só precisam treinar melhor os funcionários.

But the waitress kept pushing things we hadn't ordered. He said he would serve a "presentation" but suddenly, lol, several dishes began to arrive on the table, mainly fried foods. Too many things that she didn't even know we liked. I wanted to order the items I like from the menu but dishes kept coming to the table. When we ordered 10 salmon joes, she said: Easy, that's not how it works. I'll bring it to you guys to try and if you like it I'll bring more. Hahaha
I understood nothing. She decides what I'm going to eat, very strange. Hahaha. But the food is good, they just need to train the employees better.

Pedimos o rodízio, não aparenta ser caro, porém a falta de opção do cardápio e ingredientes em falta (que reduziam ainda mais as opções disponíveis) chega a ser decepcionante. Mas o que realmente decepcionou, do início ao fim, foi o atendimento. O garçom que inicialmente nos atendeu voltou apenas uma vez na mesa depois de passar 2 minutos falando que seria nosso "guia da noite". Mais da metade do pedido inicial não veio - incluindo dois copos de água, que precisamos pedir novamente 2 vezes ao rapaz que passava entregando. Ao tentar chamar o garçom para que verificasse a demora do pedido, o mesmo desconversou e não nos atendeu mais. Além do pedido vir completamente em falta, demora ABSURDA para receber os pedidos (quase 2hrs para 10 hot-roll e dois temakis). Duas vezes nos serviram sashimi que não pedimos. Comemos, pois era a comida que nos serviam, e na hora achamos que seria alguma compensação pela demora... Até perceber que parte dos nossos pedidos que não estavam sendo entregues estavam indo pra mesas vizinhas, e possivelmente os sashimis eram pedidos deles... As mesas vizinhas, inclusive, estavam no mesmo dilema. Ir embora ou ficar na espera ridícula por alguma comida, se não viesse errada. A vontade de ir embora era grande e a decepção pior. Melhorou um pouco depois de fazermos a quarta reclamação (sim, muitas pessoas já teriam ido embora depois de tanto tempo). Dessa vez reclamamos e o atendente da vez foi compreensivo. Anotou TODO nosso pedido que não veio, inclusive a metade do pedido inicial, e fez questão de conferir se foi entregue. Em quarenta e cinco minutos recebemos mais do que as duas horas anteriores, mas nesse ponto, acho que não tinha muito mais que o restaurante pudesse fazer pra reverter a situação desagradável que ficou. Aceitamos ficar até o fim pois estávamos com fome, cansados, e já era tarde para ir em outro lugar.
Small place, environment a little tight for the cozy air that wants to pass. We ordered the carvery, it doesn't seem to be expensive, but the lack of menu options and missing ingredients (which further reduced the available options) is disappointing. But what really disappointed, from start to finish, was the service. The waiter who initially served us came back to the table only once after spending 2 minutes saying he would be our "night guide". More than half of the initial order didn't come - including two glasses of water, which we had to re-order 2 times from the guy passing by delivering it. When trying to call the waiter to check the delay of the order, he changed the conversation and didn't answer us anymore. In addition to the order being completely out of stock, it takes an ABSURD time to receive the orders (almost 2hrs for 10 hot-rolls and two temakis). Twice we were served sashimi that we didn't order. We ate, because it was the food they served us, and at the time we thought it would be some compensation for the delay... Until we realized that part of our orders that weren't being delivered were going to neighboring tables, and possibly the sashimi were ordered from them.. The neighboring tables, even, were in the same dilemma. Leaving or waiting ridiculously for some food, if it didn't come wrong. The desire to leave was great and the disappointment was worse. It got a little better after we made the fourth complaint (yes, a lot of people would have left after so long). This time we complained and the attendant was understanding. He wrote down ALL our order that didn't come, including half of the initial order, and made sure it was delivered. In forty-five minutes we received more than the previous two hours, but at this point, I don't think there was much more the restaurant could do to reverse the unpleasant situation that remained. We agreed to stay until the end because we were hungry, tired, and it was too late to go elsewhere.
