★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei duas Tosas Higiênicas com 5 dias de antecedência para 25/1/22 às 15 Horas sendo que levaria 2 pets. Qual não foi minha surpresa quando chequei lá e me informaram que havia tido um problema e tinham antecipado a tosa para às 11 horas da manhã. Como assim ? anteciparam o horário e não avisaram?! A verdade é que os funcionários antigos que tinham no Tosa e banho foram embora e agora virou uma bagunça, não tem gente suficiente e capaz para atender os pets. Sou "ERA" cliente da clínica a mais de 10 anos. Perderam + um cliente com 5 animais, talvez não estejam mais precisando...
Atendimento atualmente está péssimo, já não falo nem do preço que é abusivo, mas não fazia questão porque as funcionárias antigas eram ótimas. Mas as atuais.... deixa a desejar.
 I booked two Hygienic Grooming 5 days in advance for 1/25/22 at 3 pm and I would take 2 pets. What was my surprise when I checked in there and they informed me that there was a problem and they had brought the clipping up to 11 am. As well ? anticipated the time and didn't warn?! The truth is that the old employees who had the grooming and bath have left and now it's become a mess, there aren't enough capable people to take care of the pets. I have been a client of the clinic for over 10 years. They lost + a customer with 5 animals, maybe they don't need it anymore...
Service is currently terrible, I don't even talk about the abusive price, but I didn't care because the old employees were great. But the current ones.... leaves something to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos a este local hoje, por indicação da médica veterinária do nosso cachorro, para que ele fizesse um exame de raio-x. Confesso que me surpreendi com o tamanho e a estrutura do Hospital, ainda mais considerando que ele está localizado em uma cidade pequena. Havíamos agendado o horário do exame e chegamos ao local com 20 minutos de antecedência. Fizemos o cadastro e rapidamente nosso pet foi chamado para a sala do exame. O atendimento de todos os profissionais foi muito bom. O resultado do exame foi enviado por email em pouco mais de 1 hora após ter sido realizado. Recomendo!
We went to this location today, on the advice of our dog's veterinarian, for him to have an x-ray. I confess that I was surprised by the size and structure of the Hospital, even more considering that it is located in a small town. We had scheduled the exam time and arrived at the site 20 minutes in advance. We did the registration and quickly our pet was called to the exam room. The service provided by all professionals was very good. The test result was emailed just over 1 hour after it was performed. I recommend!
