Fiz um orçamento, onde foi confirmado o valor e a quantidade de janelas e redes.
Quando o instalador chegou, na nota constava 230 reais a mais para pagar.
Tentei por diversas vezes resolver o problema do equívoco da empresa, pois sai do meu trabalho para acompanhar a instalação. Só perdi tempo tentando resolver, e os instaladores foram embora.
Não indico a ninguém a empresa, falta de respeito extrema com o cliente.
Nunca que eu passo um valor errado pra um cliente, e o obrigo a pagar pelo meu erro!

I tried several times to solve the problem of the company's mistake, because I left my job to follow the installation. I just wasted time trying to solve it, and the installers left.
I do not tell anyone about the company, lack of extreme respect for the customer.
Never that I pass a wrong amount to a customer, and I force him to pay for my mistake!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei a empresa pela boa nota. Realmente o preço é honesto e a qualidade da instalação também. Fizeram super rápido. Faz um pouco de sujeira, mas faz parte. Fica minha sugestão para empresa em aperfeiçoar o processo com um sistema que recolha o pó já no ato do furo, adaptando na furadeira algo pra isto. Mesmo assim recomendo.
I hired the company for the good grade. Really the price is honest and the quality of the installation too. They did it super fast. It does a little bit of dirt, but it does. My suggestion for the company is to improve the process with a system that collects the dust already in the act of drilling, adapting something in the drill for this. I still recommend it.
