Trata-se de uma pessoa incompetente e falsa.
Felizmente essa pessoa não esta mais nessa loja, gostaria de saber para onde ele foi, para que eu não vá até onde ele está.
I don't like to remember that in November 2020, I went to that dealership to buy a vehicle, and I met the worst manager of a company as important as Carrera.
This is an incompetent and false person.
Fortunately that person is no longer in this store, I would like to know where he went, so I don't go to where he is.

Queriam q assinassemos uma procuração EM BRANCO caso o veículo q demos de entrada tivesse débitos q nao apareceram, disseram q fariam revisao no veiculo comprado seria feito revisão com troca de oleo, peguei o carro e fará 1 ano q foi trocado o óleo em 20 dias e faltando 2mil km, ou seja, nd de revisão. Fomos obrigadas a pagar para o despachante da Carrera fazer o documento mesmo ficando exatos R$600,00 mais caro do q no despachante. Inúmeros documentos exigidos e dor de cabeça. Não recomendo e nao volto.
I have NEVER bought a car from a dealership in the face of difficulty. They wanted us to sign a BLANK power of attorney in case the vehicle we gave entry had debts that did not show up, they said they would review the vehicle purchased, it would be serviced with an oil change, I took the car and it will be 1 year since the oil was changed in 20 days and 2000 km missing, that is, revision nd. We were forced to pay for the Carrera dispatcher to make the document even though it was exactly R$600.00 more expensive than the dispatcher. Numerous documents required and headache. I don't recommend and won't be back.
