★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São horas de espera para atendimento em uma sala lotada, sem ventilação alguma. Uma falta de respeito, tanto com os pacientes quanto às diretrizes de proteção ao COVID 19. Janelas fechadas, ar desligado, desrespeito ao distanciamento social e aos horários de agendamento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 11 de janeiro de 2022, me mandaram mensagem pelo wpp, falando para confirmar a consulta mas eu tive que cancelar e dar lugar para outra pessoa! A moça que falou comigo , me xingou colocou : " vtc" e uma figurinha de guarda chuva com dedo do meio! Isso é uma falta de respeito com o cliente, como uma pessoa pode trabalhar num lugar assim e tratar as pessoas desse jeito?! Revejam seus funcionários! Pois é ruim pra imagem de vocês!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desorganização, marquei ginecologista as 08:00 damanha,cheguei 7:50 hrs,já tinha 25 pessoas na minha frente, a clinica marca todo mundo junto, um bagunça,são 12: 34 e ainda tem 6 pessoas na minha frente !!
Não recomendo pra ninguém !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepção do laboratório muito ignorante, não sabe de nada, respostas ignorantes, não sabem as salas que os médicos estão chamando, usam máscara pendurada no pescoço, técnica de enfermagem ocupada fazendo nada sentada na recepção, a mesma luva que atende os pacientes não retira para fazer as coisas fora da sala, que terror essa clínica. Atendimento segunda-feira (21/03/2022) período da manhã.
Laboratory reception very ignorant, they don't know anything, ignorant answers, they don't know the rooms that the doctors are calling, they wear a mask hanging around their neck, nursing technician busy doing nothing sitting at the reception, the same glove that attends the patients does not remove to to do things outside the room, what a terror this clinic is. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava há quase 2 semanas com uma ultrassonografia super importante que só pode ser feita em um determinado tempo da gestação e no dia do exame, já sem muito prazo para agendar outra, eles me avisam pessoalmente que o médico está com COVID e não terá nenhuma ultra. Não tem nenhum médico substituto, nada. Ou seja, fico sem meu exame. Primeira vez vindo aqui e tive muito receio pelos inúmeros comentários ruins aqui, mas depois disso, nunca mais.
I had a super important ultrasound for almost 2 weeks, which can only be done at a certain time of pregnancy and on the day of the exam, without much time to schedule another one, they tell me personally that the doctor has COVID and will not have any ultrasound . There's no substitute doctor, nothing. In other words, I miss my exam. First time coming here and I was very afraid of the numerous bad reviews here, but after that, never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica segue o padrão ruim atual da saúde privada: ganhar na quantidade. Profissional que eu buscava atende 30 pessoas por turno, talvez 60 por dia e por isso a espera a chega a 4 h. Tá errado. Tem fazer algum tipo de agendamento. Dividir cada turno em 2, qualquer coisa, mas 4 h de espera não dá. Fui, fiquei de 14 as 18 e desisti porque tinham ainda 4 pessoas na minha frente pra serem atendidas. Pelo caminhar das coisas eu seria atendido as 19:30.
Absurdo marcar 30 pacientes por turno. Teria q ser no máximo 20. Nesse padrão aí de 30, cada paciente teria que ser atendido em no máximo 7 ou 8 min. O que obviamente não acontece. Cada atendimento estava durando 15 a 20 min (como tem que ser, se necessário). Agora 7 min é maluquice e é impossível de manter, só sacrifica o paciente que ou é mal atendido porque foi muito rápido ou fica horas esperando.
The clinic follows the current bad pattern of private health: earning in quantity. The professional I was looking for works with 30 people per shift, maybe 60 per day and that's why the wait is 4 hours. It's wrong. You have to make some sort of appointment. Dividing each turn into 2, anything, but 4 hours of waiting is not enough. I went, stayed from 2pm to 6pm and gave up because there were still 4 people in front of me to be attended to. By the way of things I would be attended at 19:30.
Absurd to appoint 30 patients per shift. It would have to be a maximum of 20. In this pattern of 30, each patient would have to be seen in a maximum of 7 or 8 minutes. Which obviously doesn't happen. Each service lasted 15 to 20 min (as it has to be, if necessary). Now 7 minutes is crazy and impossible to maintain, it only sacrifices the patient who is either poorly attended because it was too fast or waits for hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica lotada em tempos de pandemia com pacientes amontoados , demora no atendimento de mais de 3h ( que seria por ordem de chegada). Estrutura bem precária com teto furado com goteira.
Crowded clinic in times of a pandemic with crowded patients, it takes more than 3 hours to attend (which would be in order of arrival). Very precarious structure with a leaky roof.
