I do not recommend this Internet service to anyone ... Unfortunately I do not have much option, but if you can choose a more serious operator, do it or you will be angry like I do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas as vezes que tento falar com alguém da manutenção não consigo!!! Na quinta-feira passada fiquei sem acesso inexplicavelmente. Liguei, ouví a fala eletrônica, digitei o número desejado e nada!!! Liguei novamente, escolhí a outra opção, do setor de vendas, e nada!!! Enquanto isso meus créditos acabavam.
Ontem à noite, após a chuva forte, fiquei sem acesso novamente. Comecei a ligar hoje de manhã e, embora a fala eletrônica dizia os horários de atendimento da semana e de feriados, ninguém atendeu!!! E meus créditos indo embora e minha paciência também!!! Depois de quase o dia todo sem internet, finalmente tenho acesso.Uma conexão horrível, com links que ñ abrem. E eu precisando fazer 3 trabalhos da faculdade. O que posso fazer para que essa joça funcione direito ou q pelo menos o atendimento seja decente. Pago as mensalidades direito e espero pelo menos ser atendida.

And my credits going away and my patience too !!! After almost all day without internet, I finally have access. A horrible connection with links that don't open. And I need to do 3 college jobs. What can I do to make this jack work well or at least that the service is decent. I pay the tuition right and at least hope to be met.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico para ngn. Péssima internet e péssimo pós venda, a gerente finge que vc não existe até falar que quer cancelar. O pior de tudo é que inventam 1000 mentiras para justificar o péssimo serviço que prestam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A velocidade oscila muito. No apto tive que colocar repetidor de sinal para captar melhor em disrancia de 12m. Mesmo oscilando não interrompe a transmissão de filmes.
