Pedi uma foto de vinil 21 x 21, e qd peguei a foto estava MT escura para o painel, perguntei se haveria possibilidade de clarear a foto, e eles disseram que sim , pois bem por erro deles paguei 2x a mesma foto que enviei numa qualidade ótima e clara .
Perderam uma cliente de 3 anos.
I always did things related to parties with them, this year I was not happy.
I asked for a 21 x 21 vinyl photo, and when I took the photo it was MT dark for the panel, I asked if there would be a possibility to lighten the photo, and they said yes, because by mistake they paid 2x the same photo that I sent in a quality great and clear.
They lost a 3-year-old client.
