★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência de compra, excelente. A do pós-venda, uma tortura. Não respondem e-mails, nem mesmo as mensagens enviadas pelo site. Comprei uma peça cuja composição é 94% algodão + 6% metal. O interior da peça virou uma lixa metálica! Impossível usá-la. Nem mesmo com uma calcinha mais grossa ou de perninha foi possível ficar com a bermuda no corpo. Estou buscando uma resposta há um século sobre como tratar a peça a fim de não descartá-la e até agora nada.
The shopping experience, excellent. After-sales, torture. They do not answer e-mails, not even the messages sent by the website. I bought a piece whose composition is 94% cotton + 6% metal. The interior of the piece turned into metal sandpaper! Impossible to use it. Not even with thicker panties or legs, it was possible to keep the shorts on. I've been looking for an answer for a century on how to treat the piece in order not to discard it and so far nothing.
