Melhor loja de assistência técnica para xbox em fortaleza, agradeço o atendimento do Marcelo e da Letícia, por serem de confiança. Cheguei toda desconfiada e com medo de pagar e não prestar e saí da loja como cliente. Meu xbox passou por um processo de reballing e parece que eu comprei foi um novo. A loja se preocupa com o aparelho do cliente e em entregar um bom serviço, eles cobram "caro" pelo conhecimento que tem, paguei sem pensar duas vezes e nem cogitei em levar nas lojas do centro, porque é no barato que as vezes sai caro. Ganharam uma cliente fiel!
It's been over a month since I got my Xbox from support but I've waited this long to give real feedback. Best xbox technical assistance store in Fortaleza, I thank Marcelo and Letícia for being trustworthy. I arrived all suspicious and afraid to pay and not pay and left the store as a customer. My xbox went through a reballing process and it looks like I bought it a new one. The store cares about the customer's device and about delivering a good service, they charge "dearly" for the knowledge they have, I paid without thinking twice and didn't even consider taking it to the downtown stores, because it's cheap sometimes. . They gained a loyal customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na intenção de consertar meu xbox one, porém teria que deixá-lo por 15 a 20 dias e só depois desse prazo me passariam o orçamento.Achei um procedimento errado e não deixei-o pra conserto.Não indico essa assistência a ninguém.
