Funcionário não troco o bico que já estava incluso ..tive que falar se não sairia com bico velho na roda ...
Cheguei em casa com carro, fui olhar a roda nao fizeram nem o balanceamento que também estava incluso da pra ver o chumbo velho e sujo que já estava na roda...
O pneu está mucho da pra ver só de olhar consigui apertar com o dedo e afunda no pneu...pelo jeito nem foi calibrado ..fui até a loja por indicação pelo produto de qualidade q tinha mas o funcionário que exercitou o serviço foi péssimo ...ainda falei que iria voltar pra colocar mais dois mês que vem....isso que dá sair da loja sem olhar o resultado nunca mais volto e nem recomendo prefiro procurar outro lugar que faça o serviço direito..?

I got home with a car, went to look at the wheel, they didn't even do the balancing which was also included to see the old and dirty lead that was already in the wheel ...
The tire is too much to see just by looking I can squeeze it with my finger and sink into the tire ... it didn't even look calibrated .. I went to the store for the quality product I had but the employee who exercised the service was terrible ... I said that I would go back to put two more months in the future .... that makes it possible to leave the store without looking at the result, I will never come back and I don't even recommend looking for another place that does the job right ...

I've been to many stores to solve a problem with my car or even to exchange parts, but the service from the boys at this store was amazing, I loved it, I don't take my cars to another store anymore, apart from today only here.

Responsibility, Service and commitment to the customer always. It's been over 5 years that I only change tires here. They have remould tires with a 5 year warranty and free balancing + installation. Original tire also with great prices and payment conditions.
I only recommend places I go.
