o que me irrita é que quando cai a energia do bairro, fico sem internet até o dia seguinte de manhã.
por exemplo hoje às 17h escutei o barulho de quando estoura e cai a eletricidade, agora tenho que fica até a manhã seguinte sem internet pois não cobrem uma assistência técnica perfeita.
e tenho que pagar a mensalidade normal, porque não descontam as horas sem seus serviços ? (que no caso é internet em nossas casas)
e normalmente não chega a quantidade certa de MB que eu pago.

what irritates me is that when the energy in the neighborhood goes down, i will have no internet until the next morning.
for example today at 5 pm I heard the noise when it bursts and electricity drops, now I have to stay until the next morning without internet because they do not cover perfect technical assistance.
and I have to pay the normal monthly fee, why don't you deduct the hours without your services? (which in this case is internet in our homes)
and usually the right amount of MB that I pay is not enough.
