★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cerveja estava geladíssima e a comida deliciosa, no entanto, os pedidos demoraram mais de 45 minutos para chegar, inclusive as bebidas, então ficamos esse tempo sem consumir nada, o que atrapalhou bastante na experiência.
The beer was freezing cold and the food was delicious, however, the orders took more than 45 minutes to arrive, including the drinks, so we spent that time without consuming anything, which made the experience very difficult.

Nice and cozy place. LGBT+ friendly space. There is a caipifruta from Ciriguela, which you cannot leave without trying it. The service was wonderful and the vibe was super positive. Unfortunately I only made a video and it doesn't load here, but I spent the turn of the year there.

Já pedi um hambúrguer vegetariano às 21 horas e disseram que a cozinha não estava preparando mais (os outros pratos estavam saindo normalmente). Um outro dia pedi novamente o hambúrguer vegetariano e nunca chegou. Ninguém pede desculpas e nem dá maiores informações, o atendimento é sempre demorado. Os atendentes são simpáticos, porém não sei o que acontece mas precisa melhorar a funcionalidade, compromisso e eficácia no atendimento. Ir para um ambiente que se propõe a servir comida vegetariana e não ser atendida é um tanto frustrante.
The atmosphere is very pleasant and has great programs. However, the service and commitment to the customer leaves something to be desired. I've already ordered a veggie burger at 9 pm and they said the kitchen wasn't preparing it anymore (other dishes were coming out normally). Another day I ordered the veggie burger again and it never arrived. No one apologizes or gives further information, the service is always time-consuming. The attendants are friendly, but I don't know what happens, but they need to improve functionality, commitment and efficiency in the service. Going to an environment that proposes to serve vegetarian food and not be served is a bit frustrating.
