★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, comprei e não recebi na data, não me deram atenção e resumindo, me deixaram na mão, não recomendo essa empresa. Fiz o pedido, pediram pagamento antecipado, me cobraram a mais do valor do frete e não chegou ate hoje.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma Resistência para boiler (4000 W, 220 V, rosca de 1 1/4. Recebi o produto muito bem embalado e antes do prazo estipulado.
Quando fui instalar, antes de retirar a resistência queimada, fiquei com uma dúvida quanto à dimensão da rosca (a que estava instalada parecia (na parte sextavada) maior do que eu havia comprado.
Entrei em contato por telefone e o vendedor (Alan) me explicou que a diferença era apenas na parte sextavada.
A troca deu certo.
Excelente atendimento.
Recomendo.
I bought a heater for boiler (4000 W, 220 V, 1 1/4 thread. I received the product very well packed and before the stipulated deadline.
When I went to install, before removing the burnt resistance, I had a doubt about the size of the thread (the one that was installed seemed (on the hexagonal part) bigger than what I had bought.
I got in touch by phone and the seller (Alan) explained to me that the difference was only in the hexagonal part.
The exchange worked.
Excellent service.
