★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Contratei o curso de picc no qual estava agendado para uma determinada data, que foi cancelada devido a pandemia, compreensível. Reagendaram o curso e na data eu estava com coronavirus e fui informada q para reagendar seria necessário pagamento de uma taxa extra pois não aceitam atestado médico. Pra eles reagendarem pediram compreensão devido a pandemia mas não me compreenderam por estar com o a doeça q causou a pandemia.. pior q isso mal me atenderam , foram super desinteressados com a situação.
Lousy service. I hired the picc course in which I was scheduled for a certain date, which was canceled due to the pandemic, understandable. They rescheduled the course and on the date I had coronavirus and I was told q to reschedule it would be necessary to pay an extra fee as they do not accept a medical certificate. For them to reschedule, they asked for understanding due to the pandemic but they did not understand me because I was with the disease that caused the pandemic.
