 I will never come back again, lousy service, a lot of rudeness, a lot of people complaining about the service. All very messy. I don't recommend it to anyone !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Por ser uma clínica escola o preço deveria ser mais baixo, mais estou acreditando que e mais caro que em outro lugar. Ir a essa clínica é pagar caro para ser destratado.
Terrible attendance. Since it is a school clinic, the price should be lower, but I believe that it is more expensive than elsewhere. Going to that clinic is paying a heavy price to be beaten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consulta marcada para as 15:40 e só fui atendido as 17:20. Muitos pacientes reclamando e pedindo cancelamento devido ao atraso. Investem tanto em estrutura para pecar no atendimento.
Appointment scheduled for 15:40 and I was only seen at 17:20. Many patients complaining and asking for cancellation due to the delay. They invest so much in structure to sin in attendance.

I thought they make fun of those who call for information, we call and they take our number and say they will return but never return, I have lost count of how many times I called and I was waiting for a return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, além disso falei com a Dr. Stela extremamente soberba e arrogante. Depois quando eu disse que minha filha fazia odontologia na UFES, ai ela começou a querer tratar bem, mas ai já vi como é o estilo da pessoa.
Poor service, moreover I spoke with Dr. Stela extremely superb and arrogant. Then when I said that my daughter was doing dentistry at UFES, then she started wanting to treat well, but then I saw how the person's style is.

Bad service, completely unprepared attendant, kicked me out of the place just because my 3-month-old daughter started crying, not even if it was the last place in the world or the SUS would come back there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mais de 8 anos faço tratamento lá e sempre foi bem acolhida p todos .sobre a Dra Stela fiquei agradecida pelo carinho que ela teve comigo em uma das cirurgias que fiz este ano .pq ela ficou o tempo todo ao meu lado ,conversando me dando força pq eu estava extremamente nervosa e senti o tempo todo o cuidado dla comigo.
I have been undergoing treatment there for over 8 years and it has always been well received by everyone. About Dr Stela I was grateful for the affection she had with me in one of the surgeries I had this year. strength because I was extremely nervous and felt all the time her care for me.
