★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Liguei na quarta feira para agendar manutenção pra sábado e no sábado simplesmente não vieram, liguei cedo perguntando mas falaram que "a moça esqueceu de marcar". Falta de comprometimento com o cliente. Não recomendo mais pra ninguém.
Terrible. I called on Wednesday to schedule maintenance for Saturday and Saturday simply did not come, I called early asking but said that "the girl forgot to dial". Lack of commitment to the customer. I don't recommend it to anyone anymore.
