★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Meu namorado precisava de uma peça, fomos até lá comprar e atendente mal olhou pra nós não prestou atenção no que pedimos e foi super ríspida. Resultado, a peça estava errada! Ligamos e pedimos a troca, disseram que nos seria enviada através de um motoboy. Lá se vão 40min esperando e nada, ligamos e a mesma atendente que nos prestou serviço presencial atendeu o telefone. Um tremendo descaso! Debochada, mal educada e muito desrespeitosa! Dizia ela que ia demorar, foi a única resposta nos dada. Lá se vão mais 2 HORAS esperando! Tivemos de ir lá pra trocar a peça. E lá o desrespeito continuou, foi super debochada, revirava os olhos enquanto eu e meu namorado falávamos com o gerente.
Não recomendo! Há melhores por aí!
Bad experience. My boyfriend needed a piece, we went there to buy it and the attendant barely looked at us, he didn't pay attention to what we ordered and was super harsh. Result, the piece was wrong! We called and asked for the exchange, they said it would be sent to us via a courier. There goes 40min waiting and nothing, we called and the same attendant who provided us with face-to-face service answered the phone. A tremendous disregard! Debauched, rude and very disrespectful! She said it would take time, was the only answer given to us. There goes another 2 HOURS waiting! We had to go there to change the part. And there the disrespect continued, she was super mocking, she rolled her eyes while my boyfriend and I talked to the manager.
I do not recommend! There are better ones out there!
