A primeira tive que escolher outro modelo pois o que comprei pelo site não havia em estoque.
Na segunda vez, primeiro fui impedido de realizar a troca em outra unidade e depois, como não havia em estoque na unidade que comprei, informaram que poderia voltar à outra unidade sendo que ao chegar lá disseram que havia a numeração que eu desejava em estoque na unidade que havia acabado de sair.
Shoes of great quality but lack a lot in organization. On three purchases, I had problems with two.
The first one I had to choose another model because the one I bought on the website wasn't in stock.
The second time, I was first prevented from making the exchange in another unit and then, as there was no stock in the unit I bought, they informed that I could go back to the other unit and when I got there they said there was the numbering I wanted in stock at unit that had just left.
