devido minha esposa ter alugado o vestido neste estabelecimento, resolvi alugar junto o meu terno.
provei alguns até encontrar um de meu agrado, que caiu como uma luva, com alguns detalhes de ajustes na manga do terno.
Fui pegar um dia antes como combinado, fiquei esperando 30 minutos até "acharem" o terno que tinha alugado.
primeiro não iria nem provar, por que erá só um ajuste na manga, mas mesmo assim fui.
comecei pela calça que ficou um balaio o paleto que o ajuste era pouca coisa estava muito menor e a moça teimando que era aquele terno.
pegou outra calça faltando custura.
resumindo paguei 700 reais em um terno novo que tive que compra em cima da hora em uma outra loja e ainda não quiseram devolver meu dinheiro dizendo que ficaria como um credito.
pra que que quero um credito em um estabelecimento que nunca mais vou retornar.
então pela minha experiencia não recomendo.

because my wife rented the dress at this establishment, I decided to rent my suit together.
I tried some until I found one that I liked, which fell like a glove, with some details of adjustments on the sleeve of the suit.
I went to pick it up the day before as arranged, I waited 30 minutes until I "found" the suit I had rented.
first I wouldn’t even prove it, because it’s just an adjustment on the sleeve, but I still did.
I started with the trousers that were a mess, the suit that fit was little was much smaller and the girl insisting that it was that suit.
picked up another pair of pants, missing stitching.
in short I paid 700 reais in a new suit that I had to buy at the last minute in another store and they still didn't want to return my money saying it would be like a credit.
why I want a credit in an establishment that I will never return.
so from my experience I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível.....uma incompetência total, eu aluguel tiraram todas as medidas não me pediram pra fazer a prova antes de entregar o traje e na hora do casamento a calça estava curta, tive que ir atrás de custureira pra arrumar em cima da hora, além do transtorno um custo que não precisaria ter se tivessem mais atenção.....NUNCA MAIS
Horrible....a total incompetence, I rent they took all the measurements they didn't ask me to take the test before delivering the costume and at the time of the wedding the pants were short, I had to go look for a dressmaker to fix it at the last minute , in addition to the inconvenience a cost that would not need to have if they had more attention....NEVER AGAIN
