★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço da loja é impecável, os vestidos são maravilhosos, a noiva é tratada com exclusividade... Só não dou nota máxima por um motivo...trocaram o terno do meu noivo...isso mesmo... O terno que meu noivo provou e que escolhemos estava impecável, foi bem ajustado ao corpo, cor linda.... Fez a primeira prova, registraram no sistema etc etc... No dia que meu noivo pegou o terno eu não pude ir (correria de véspera casamento)...ele "acreditou que estava" tudo certo e não reparou ao detalhe?...
Quando entrei no altar no dia do casamento, foi a PRIMEIRA coisa que vi...o terno NÃO era o terno azul lindo, maravilhoso que tínhamos escolhido... Fiquei muito decepcionada. O terno estava bom, não perfeito como o que escolhemos, pois estava juntando na barra do sapato e na parte da perna (frente) estava juntando...mas deu pra passar... afinal, os convidados reparam mais na noiva...
Apenas não entendi até hoje como é possível um erro tão sério como esse, principalmente a uma loja conceituada e que faz isso todos os dias!!! A loja me pediu mil desculpas... Por consideração ao excelente atendimento que tive em todo tempo, NÃO processei a loja...

The store's service is impeccable, the dresses are wonderful, the bride is treated with exclusivity ... I just don't give top marks for a reason ... they changed my groom's suit ... that's right ... The suit my the groom proved and that we chose was impeccable, it was well adjusted to the body, beautiful color .... He did the first test, registered in the system etc etc ... On the day that my fiancé took the suit I could not go (rush the wedding eve ) ... he "believed it was" all right and didn't notice the detail? ...
When I entered the altar on the wedding day, it was the FIRST thing I saw ... the suit was NOT the beautiful, wonderful blue suit we had chosen ... I was very disappointed. The suit was good, not perfect like the one we chose, because it was gathering at the hem of the shoe and the part of the leg (front) was gathering ... but it was possible ... after all, the guests notice the bride more ...
I just did not understand until today how it is possible to make a mistake as serious as this, especially to a reputable store that does this every day !!! The store asked me a thousand apologies ... Out of consideration for the excellent service I had at all times, I did NOT sue the store ...
Okay ... let's go ahead ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim. Passei quase 10 min apenas esperando alguém pra me ajudar a fechar um zíper. Poucas opções de vestidos, e os que ofereceram ainda estavam sujos e desfiando.
Bad service. I spent almost 10 minutes just waiting for someone to help me zip up. Few choices of dresses, and the ones offered were still dirty and fraying.
