★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi uma pizza onde a previsão de entrega era 22:41 que pasmem chegou as 00:45, se engaram com a entrega la e só fomos informadas apos 2 horas de espera, quando nós entramos em contato, após tentado por várias vzs o chat e nada de alguém retornar quando finalmente conseguimos ligar soubemos que eles se equivocaram e somente ai fomos saber que a pizza nem havia saido ainda por erro deles, nem pra entrar em contato pra nos avisar. Absurdo descaso com os clientes eu com monte de crianças esperando a pizza e nada. Nunca mais peço, nem deveriam ter coragem de cobrar, pois mais de 3 horas a pizza estava fria já.
I ordered a pizza where the delivery forecast was 22:41, which arrived at 12:45 pm, they got it wrong with the delivery and we were only informed after 2 hours of waiting, when we got in touch, after several times the chat and nothing to return when we finally called we knew that they were wrong and only then we went to know that the pizza had not left yet by their mistake, nor to contact to let us know. Absurd disregard for customers I with lots of kids waiting for pizza and nothing. I never ask, nor should they have the courage to charge, because more than 3 hours the pizza was cold already.
