★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O restaurante várias opções atraentes, tanto de comida como de bebida. Já fui 2 vezes, mas vou precisar de vários retornos porque tudo parece delicioso. Nesta última vez comemos o carbonara finalizado dentro de um grande grana padano, ao lado da mesa pelo garçom. Ficou divino. Os profissionais também são super atenciosos e não poupam esforços para para prestar um excelente atendimento. Na primeira vez que fui, providenciaram giz de cera e papel para o meu filho e correu tudo bem. Muito bom, recomendo demais!
The restaurant offers several attractive options, both for food and drink. I've been 2 times already, but I'll need several comebacks because everything looks delicious. This last time we ate the finished carbonara inside a large padano grana, next to the table by the waiter. It was divine. The professionals are also super attentive and spare no effort to provide excellent service. The first time I went, they provided crayons and paper for my son and everything went fine. Very good, highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como sempre a comida estava ótima, mas infelizmente essa unidade tem um atendimento bem abaixo do esperado, tendo ficado mais evidente ao ser relatado um garfo sujo e o responsável apenas recolher, nem pra verbalizar um pedido de desculpas em nome da casa.
As always, the food was great, but unfortunately this unit has a service well below expectations, which became more evident when a dirty fork was reported and the person in charge only collected it, not even to verbalize an apology on behalf of the house.

As melhores mesas são as localizadas perto da varanda. Durante a semana, no almoço, a boa é o menu executivo que por R$59 vc tem entrada, prato principal e sobremesa. Nós demais, o menu oferece boas opções de massas, risoto e pizza. Fui muito bem atendida pelo garçom Ricardo e observei que ele atendia bem as demais mesas. O ticket médio dos pratos gira em R$65 e as opções são individuais. Para crianças, a opção é um spaghetti com molho e recorte pequenos de filet, por R$39. Para quem quer um prato mais instagramavel recomendo a massa que é finalizada no queijo na mesa do cliente. A sobremesa Esfera de chocolate é uma excelente opção. Recomendo a visita. Acredito que experiência ruins acontece em alguns dias mas no geral é um excelente opção na região e por um preço compatível com a qualidade do serviço.

The best tables are those located near the balcony. During the week, at lunch, the good thing is the executive menu that for R$59 you have a starter, main course and dessert. We loved it, the menu offers good options for pasta, risotto and pizza. I was very well attended by the waiter Ricardo and I noticed that he served the other tables well. The average ticket for the dishes is R$65 and the options are individual. For children, the option is spaghetti with sauce and small filet cutouts, for R$39. For those who want a more instagram-friendly dish, I recommend the pasta that is finished in cheese on the customer's table. The Chocolate Sphere dessert is an excellent option. I recommend the visit. I believe that bad experiences happen on a few days but overall it is an excellent option in the region and for a price compatible with the quality of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um ambiente muito agradável, hospitalidade dos funcionários excepcional desde a entrada até a saída, os funcionários sempre presente à mesa para retirada das louças e ressalto desde já o atendimento do Leandro que nos atendeu da melhor forma possível. Comida maravilhosa, drinks bem executados e saboros e a limpeza do ambiente impecável. Infelizmente o banheiro é do lado de fora do restaurante, mas creio que nao seja culpa da casa, pois os demais estabelecimentos do shopping tambem nao tem sanitários. Voltarei com certeza!
A very pleasant atmosphere, exceptional hospitality from the staff from the entrance to the exit, the staff always present at the table to remove the dishes and I would like to emphasize the service provided by Leandro, who served us in the best possible way. Wonderful food, well-executed and tasty drinks and impeccable cleanliness. Unfortunately the bathroom is outside the restaurant, but I don't think it's the house's fault, as the other establishments in the mall don't have toilets either. I will come back for sure!

Pedi a lasanha da Nonna com entrada de bolinho de cupim desfiado. A sobremesa foi uma espécie de folheado de doce de leite com sorvete e farofa de paçoca, sensacional! O pedido foi baseado no prato executivo de almoço (R$59,00). Com bebida e 10%, tudo ficou em R$72,00. Recomendo a visita!
I loved the atmosphere... Very pleasant, beautiful and well decorated. I sat near the porch, with great daylighting, it made the place even more pleasant. I ordered Nonna's lasagna with shredded termite cupcake starter. Dessert was a kind of dulce de leche pastry with ice cream and paçoca farofa, sensational! The order was based on the executive lunch dish (R$59.00). With drink and 10%, everything was R$72.00. I recommend the visit!
