★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O médico é bom mas o atendimento é o pior que ja vi, pra marcar é horrível, pra confirmar a consulta é horrível, vc chega antes do horário e espera em pe no corredor mesmo ainda nao tendo ninguém na sala de espera, falta educação, falta empatia... Enfim nao volto mais.
Hoje vi as secretárias dos consultórios do andar abrirem as portas e permitir que o paciente entre e sente pra aguardar.... Menos as do Dr zeitune.
 The doctor is good but the service is the worst I've ever seen, to make an appointment is horrible, to confirm the appointment is horrible, you arrive before the time and wait standing in the hall even though there is no one in the waiting room, lack of education, empathy is lacking ... Anyway, I won't be back.
Today I saw the secretaries of the floor offices open the doors and allow the patient to enter and sit down to wait ... Except for those of Dr Zeitune.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O cardiologista não pode me atender, devido à assuntos particulares, onde a clínica não teve competência em me avisar. Tive só prejuízo e não fui consultado pelo médico, perdendo tempo e dinheiro. A Clínica sequer não usa WhatsApp ou SMS para avisar. Muito ruim, nunca mais volto!!!
The cardiologist was unable to assist me, due to private matters, where the clinic was not competent to notify me. I only had losses and was not consulted by the doctor, wasting time and money. The Clinic does not even use WhatsApp or SMS to notify. Too bad, I'll never be back !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei ontem no dia 8/01 para marcar um eletrocardiograma, cheguei ao local e fui informada que foi marcado errado e que eu voltasse outro dia.. oi?? Como assim? Deixei meu pai com alzheimer em companhia de outras pessoas, paguei estacionamento, p chegar e fazer um exame que dura nem 15 minutos e que a secretaria ainda ficou na dúvida se eu faria ou não, ou seja, dava p fazer, mas tem q escutar: "até da p ela fazer, mas.. " so falta completar a frase: "mas eu não quero" afinal é sempre assim, secretárias q decidem!!! Péssimo atendimento!!!
I called yesterday 8/01 to schedule an electrocardiogram, I arrived at the place and I was informed that it was marked wrong and that I would come back another day .. hi ?? As well? I left my father with alzheimer's in the company of other people, I paid for parking, p to arrive and take an exam that lasts not even 15 minutes and the secretary was still in doubt whether I would do it or not, that is, I could do it, but I have to listen : "until she can do it, but .." we just need to complete the sentence: "but I don't want to" after all it is always like this, secretaries q decide !!! Terrible attendance!!!

I've been dealing with Dr Felipe Zeitune for a few years now and I really like his work, I've always been very well attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por telefone é um valor, na hora da consulta já é outro. Ninguém avisa que só aceitam pagamento em dinheiro, olha que estamos em 2022.
Over the phone is a value, at the time of consultation it is another. Nobody warns that they only accept cash payment, look we are in 2022.
