★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hospedei juntamente com outras 6 pessoas da minha família, entre elas uma criança de 7 anos, no Hotel Nord Easy Imperial Suítes, em Cabo Branco, PB, no mês de Julho/2019.temos por costume de passear pelo Nordeste, nos hospedamos em diversos hotéis ou pousadas, mas a nossa experiência com o Hotel Nord não foi boa, chegamos no dia 18.07.2019 e nossos 3 quartos reservados, não estavam prontos, ficamos mais de uma hora no check-in, onde nossos comprovantes foram pedidos algumas vezes, para ser confinada a reserva, depois de uma hora passamos o cartão e lembraram de perguntar, se meu quarto era cama de casal, coisa que não era, era um duplo com camas de solteiros, uma falha no site, que não pergunta qual a opção para o quarto de solteiro.
Por isso , fora a hora que tinha esperado, tive que esperar mais uma hora sentada na recepção, aguardando a mudança de quartos, stressante demais, ficar 2 horas esperando um check-in, pois o hotel não nos deixar passar 5 minutos no check-out.
Como se isso fosse pouco, na noite que chegamos faltou agua em todo o hotel, por isso passamos 10 horas sem água . E para fechar a péssima estadia, a piscina foi interditada por 2 dias, não nos informando o motivo, então dos 3 dias que nos hospedamos, a nossa criança só pode usufruir da piscina um único dia.
Na verdade o serviço de limpeza e a recepção nos trataram muito cordialmente, percebemos que eles não tiveram culpa de todo mal entendido, pois percebemos a fala de pessoal suficiente, pra que o serviço apresentado aos hospedes seja excelente.

I stayed together with 6 other people of my family, among them a 7 year old child, at the Hotel Nord Easy Imperial Suites, in Cabo Branco, PB, in July / 2019.we have a custom to stroll through the Northeast, we stayed in several hotels or inns but our experience with the Hotel Nord was not good, we arrived on 18.07.2019 and our 3 rooms reserved, were not ready, we stayed over an hour at check in where our vouchers were ordered a few times , to be confined to the reservation, after an hour we passed the card and were reminded to ask, if my room was double bed, which it was not, it was a twin with single beds, a fault on the website, which did not ask which option for the single room.
So, it was the time I had waited, I had to wait another hour sitting at the reception, waiting for the change of rooms, too stressful, to stay 2 hours waiting for a check-in, because the hotel did not let us spend 5 minutes at check- out.
As if that were not enough, the night we arrived there was no water throughout the hotel, so we spent 10 hours without water. And to close the terrible stay, the pool was banned for 2 days, not telling us the reason, so of the 3 days we stayed, our child could only enjoy the pool a single day.
In fact the cleaning service and reception treated us very cordially, we realized that they were not to blame for all misunderstanding, as we perceived the speech of sufficient staff, so that the service presented to the guests is excellent.
