★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem algumas coisas boas, como o agendamento ser por WhatsApp.
Porém, tem muuuuuito pra melhorar. Hoje levei 3 horas só pra tomar uma medicação injetável que sempre tomo... Houve uma mudança de enfermeiras próximo do horário que cheguei, então tudo ficou perdido... A enfermeira que entrou não sabia nada sobre os pacientes, nem sabia quem ela tinha que atender ou quem já tinha sido atendido... Completamente perdida...
Além disso, a recepção e a enfermagem são extremamente lentas, nunca vá lá se não tiver pelo menos umas 3h pra perder.
A falta de organização e comunicação é gigante, todas as vezes que vou lá tenho um problema diferente... Complicado...
Já os médicos que passei até agora, a maioria é muito bom. O gastro, a endocrino, o fisioterapeuta, a otorrino... Todos ótimos!

However, there is soooo much to improve. Today it took me 3 hours just to take an injectable medication that I always take... There was a change of nurses around the time I arrived, so everything was lost... The nurse who came in didn't know anything about the patients, nor did she know who she had who attend or who had already been attended... Completely lost...
Also, reception and nursing are extremely slow, never go there if you don't have at least 3 hours to lose.
The lack of organization and communication is huge, every time I go there I have a different problem... Complicated...
As for the doctors I've been through so far, most are very good. The gastro, the endocrine, the physiotherapist, the ENT... All great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hoje foi lamentável! total falta de respeito pelo horário agendado! atraso no primeiro atendimento, cheguei com minha filha as 8:25 para consulta das 8:40, somente fui atendido na triagem, para assinar a ficha as 9:10, ou seja, ainda que a consulta de minha filha fosse no horário, teria perdido. Um descaso! Espero que volte a ser como era no começo com excelência no atendimento. Por outro lado, os médicos são ótimos e atenciosos! Acho que o problema está mesmo na recepção e agendamento!!!

Horrible, terrible service, empty hospital, my wife took 1 hour and a half to be seen and (notice she hasn't been seen yet) and look, it's preferable care, imagine if the hospital was full...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência nessa umidade hospitar é extresse sempre. Mas hj foi a gota d'água. Liguei pra agendar consulta com oftalmologista...alem de muita demora pra ser atendida, a funcionária ao me atender me diz que me atendeu sem querer e que era pra eu aguardar . Nesse tempo eu pude ouvir ela atendendo pacientes presencial na recepção, atendendo outra ligação e dando informações a pessoas no setor . E quando ela fala comigo , meu atendimento é algumas vezes interrompido com ela dando atenção a outros assuntos na recepção. Enfim.....o absurdo mesmo foi ela me pedindo pra eu ser rápida porque ela não pode atrasar as consultas dos médicos . Como assim?
Que culpa tenho eu pela falta de pessoal dessa unidade hospitar e pela má distribuição de tarefas dada ao seu pessoal? Eu não sei o que foi pior .
Eu ter que ter paciência com a situação sobrecarregada de a funcionária ou ter sido tratada como se eu tivesse atrapalhando o plantão dela .
My experience in this hospital humidity is always stressful. But today was the last straw. I called to schedule an appointment with an ophthalmologist...in addition to taking a long time to be seen, the employee told me that she attended me accidentally and that I should wait. During this time I could hear her attending patients in person at the reception, taking another call and giving information to people in the sector. And when she talks to me, my service is sometimes interrupted with her paying attention to other matters at the reception. Anyway....the absurd thing was that she asked me to be quick because she can't delay the doctor's appointments. Like this?
What is my fault for the lack of personnel in this hospital unit and for the poor distribution of tasks given to its personnel? I don't know which was worse.
I have to be patient with the employee's overloaded situation or have been treated as if I was interfering with her shift.

It used to be very good, now it's much worse than a public hospital, it takes more than 4 hours to be seen, I never recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Borden Hospital São Carlos - fui bem atendido na recepção, na triagem, na consulta (pelo primeiro médico), fui medicado rapidamente e fizeram o exame de sangue muito rápido. O problema foi após chegarem os exames serem entregues a segunda médica. Não houve nenhuma urgência no período em que estive no hospital, mas aguardei mais de uma hora, após os exames chegarem, para que a médica olhasse os mesmos. Ouvi por mais de uma vez os enfermeiros comentarem entre eles que já haviam avisado mais de uma vez que eu e mais uma pessoa estávamos apenas aguardando para saber o resultado dos exames. Foi um descaso por parte da médica. Procurarei um canal oficial do hospital para citar o nome dela.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima. Minha mãe uma senhora de 70 anos está neste momento aguardando o médico chegar, não é um hospital 24 horas? Cadê o médico?.
Chegou por volta das 06:00 da manhã e até o momento as 07:20 não foi atendido, e detalhe não tem mais pacientes para ser atendido na sua frente. Não recomendo, péssimo atendimento e além do mais não tem MEDICO (informação da recepção).
