Fui muito bem atendida pela Leyde, o que deixou a desejar foi os produtos que alguns tive que ir pegar em outra loja e no bendito CD que a espera deixou a desejar. Mais no geral a experiência foi boa.
Vocês precisam melhorar o atendimento no CD sei que deve ser muitos pedidos pra entregar e aconselho a aumentar a mão de obra, separando os nosso pedidos antes de chegarmos lá porque perdi uma manhã inteira pra retirar 5 caixa de cerâmica
Of all the Normatel stores I've ever bought, Eusébio's was the one I felt the best. Very nice atmosphere, very organized store. I was very well attended by Leyde, what left something to be desired was the products that I had to pick up in another store and on the blessed CD that the wait left something to be desired. But overall the experience was good.
You need to improve the service at the DC I know there must be a lot of orders to deliver and I advise you to increase the workforce, separating our orders before we get there because I lost an entire morning to get 5 ceramic boxes
