★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou indignada com o atendimento prestado aqui, comprei dois sacos de gesso cola, não me deram nota, o gesso cola não funcionou, caíram as peças da parede e vim trocar, o responsável não trocou, simplesmente me devolveu só metade do dinheiro do produto com defeito q eu tinha comprado pq disse q eu usei...q absurdo isso!!! Como eu ia descobrir q o produto ta com defeito se eu não usar?!...e outra, o gesso cola não tinha nem data de fabricação nem de validade...e ele colocou o produto com defeito para venda de novo... DESRESPEITO TOTAL COM OS CLIENTES!!! Vou fazer valer a Lei do consumidor!!!
I am indignant with the service provided here, I bought two bags of plaster glue, they did not give me notice, the plaster glue did not work, the pieces of the wall fell and I came to change, the person in charge did not change, he simply gave me back only half of the product money with defect q i had bought because i said i used ... q absurd it !!! How would I find out if the product is defective if I don't use it?! ... and another, the glue plaster had neither a manufacturing date nor an expiration date ... and he put the defective product up for sale again ... TOTAL DISRESPECT TO CUSTOMERS !!! I will enforce the Consumer Law !!!
