Sempre bem atendido me atende no q eu preciso, porém por telefone são uma vergonha,deixa vc no ZAP sem correto atendimento e sem contar q é um jogo de empurra empurra ,as vezes n fazem. A entrega para o cliente devidamente. É isso. Precisam melhorar muito.
I'll give 3 stars for the lack of competence of certain employees of Norte Recicla. Always well attended, he answers what I need, but by phone they are a shame, leaves you on ZAP without correct service and not to mention that it's a push-push game, sometimes they don't. Delivery to the customer properly. That's it. They need to improve a lot.
