★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não estou satisfeita com a comunicação da empresa. Quando procurei para fazer o serviço da minha televisão o mesmo disse que em 3 dias me dava um retorno informando o problema. Deixei a TV no dia 16/04, hoje são 30/04 e o mesmo não me retornou com nenhuma posição. Já liguei, mandei mensagem, o mesmo não está visualizando. Na penúltima tentativa, me disse que estava trabalhando no serviço e que com 2 dias ligava, até hoje sigo sem TV e sem respostas. Ligo para o número 3211-3150 ( consta impossibilitado), o telefone celular, só chama. No whatssap não recebe a mensagem, como se não tivesse internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência está sendo péssima e já estou procurando meus direitos,comprei uma Semp com 3 meses de uso ela deu defeito. Na assistência disseram que tinha sido a placa. Falaram que a placa chegaria com 15 dias . Mais ligo e o contato que mim deram lá só dá falha eles pegaram nosso contato,dizendo que ligaria mais não deram nenhuma satisfação ainda. Comprei a te pq estava precisando e não foi por enfeite não. Espero um retorno
