Desde a hora que coloquei o carro na oficina até a hora que retirei, eles fizeram questão de me deixar a par de tudo o que estavam fazendo em meu carro, inclusive, me enviando fotos e vídeos. A seriedade, a honestidade, a qualidade e os preços dos serviços deixam qualquer concessionária com inveja. A todo momento tive contato direto com o dono e com o gerente da loja. Tenho carro há mais de 15 anos e a NorteCar é, longe, a melhor oficina que deixei meu carro. Ganharam um cliente fiel.
I did a mega revision of my Azera 3.3, V6, 2009. From the time I put the car in the garage until the time I took it out, they made sure to let me know everything they were doing in my car, including sending me photos and videos. Seriousness, honesty, quality and service prices make any dealer jealous. At all times I had direct contact with the owner and the store manager. I have had a car for over 15 years and NorteCar is, by far, the best workshop that I left my car with. They won a loyal customer.
