Solicitei uma fechadura tetra, eles disseram que tinha e que o instalador ia levar.
Agendados o dia e horário com instalador e moradores pois se tratava da fechadura de um condomínio.
O instalador levou 2 fechaduras nada a ver com O que eu tinha pedido, devido às circunstâncias e disponibilidade fui forçada a escolher uma fechadura.
Nitidamente o instalador nunca tinha visto aquela fechadura, demorou das 9h as 16hs e eu de pé lá acompanhando.
Após terminar a fechadura é toda problemática tem que esperar 5 segundos pra fechar, tem que ficar segurando o portão até isso ocorrer, mas enfim fazer o que? E se não bastasse essa falta de respeito de falar que tem e não ter, e nem se quer avisar, simplesmente faz a gente se mobilizar e ir lá escolher a que ele tem.
E depois de 3 meses a fechadura para de abrir pelo interfone, ao entrar em contato com eles, mais uma surpresa, eles dizem que não se responsabilizam que eu tenho que entrar em contato com o instalador deles. Como pode? Foi ele que mandou o instalador nem nome e contato eu tinha.
Depois de eu ligar uns 3 dias seguidos, então cobrando o contato do instalador, me passaram.
Entrei em contato e ele se prontificou até a trocar, mas mais uma surpresa eu teria que esperar o dinheiro entrar pra ele, pra ele comprar outra fechadura com dinheiro dele, ou seja estou aguardando até hj.
Enfim não recomendo mesmo.
Lack of professionalism, does not comply with what they offer.
I requested a tetra lock, they said they had it and the installer would take it.
Scheduled the day and time with installer and residents because it was the lock of a condominium.
The installer took 2 locks with nothing to do with What I had asked for, due to the circumstances and availability I was forced to choose a lock.
Clearly the installer had never seen that lock, it took from 9am to 4pm and I was standing there following it.
After finishing the lock it is all problematic, you have to wait 5 seconds to close it, you have to keep holding the gate until that happens, but what do you do anyway? And if that lack of respect was not enough to say that he has and does not have, and he does not even want to warn, he simply makes us mobilize and go there to choose what he has.
And after 3 months the lock stops opening through the intercom, when contacting them, another surprise, they say that they are not responsible that I have to contact their installer. How can you? It was he who sent the installer not even the name and contact I had.
After I called about 3 days in a row, then charging the installer for contact, they passed me on.
I contacted him and he offered to change, but one more surprise I would have to wait for the money to come in for him to buy another lock with his money, that is, I am waiting until today.
Anyway I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência neste local,comprei um material nesta loja a três anos atrás e agora uma pessoa deu defeito,fui na loja e perguntei quanto custava a peça em questão,pois precisava substitui lá porém fui atendido por uma balconista chamada Elaine que me tratou com uma indiferença e má vontade tão grande que conseguiu me irritar, tudo que eu perguntava ela fazia cara de deboche,dizia que eu deveria falar com o técnico porém não tinha nenhum na loja,aí de que adianta ter uma funcionária cansada e sem vontade no balcão e pior que não sabe dar uma informação sobre o material ?
Comprei o material pois realmente precisava dele más espero nunca mais ter que entrar nesta loja novamente.
Aliás o técnico é estremamente arrogante também quando você precisa tirar uma informação com ele.
