Utiliza material de terceira qualidade e não se preocupa em resolver os problemas dos clientes. Só pensa em vender depois de entregar, que se vire quem comprou.
 It should have been a great place if it weren't for the neglect of contractor Rivello.
It uses third quality material and is not concerned with solving customer problems. Only think of selling after delivery, who turns who bought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para um condomínio num bairro pouco desenvolvido, o preço pode ser um pouco caro. Mas até que é aconchegante. A piscina é um tanto pequena para todo o condomínio, mas é muito boa assim mesmo. O espaço para eventos é pequeno e as restrições são ridículas (não poder fazer barulho num evento/festa é sem noção). Mas fora estes detalhes, é um bom lugar.
For a condominium in a poorly developed neighborhood, the price can be a little expensive. But it’s cozy. The pool is somewhat small for the entire condo, but it is very good anyway. The space for events is small and the restrictions are ridiculous (not being able to make noise at an event / party is clueless). But aside from these details, it's a good place.
