★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ao cliente, "arranha" a imagem da Northsails mundial. Não recomendo, mesmo não sendo as melhores, compre da concorrência é melhor do que o stress para resolver os problemas depois. Funcionários não tem a mínima noção de CRM, sócios não contribuem para um bom produto final. Além da desonestidade de algumas funcionárias. Aqui o cliente NUNCA tem razão! Vergonha, não recomendo.
Bad customer service, "scratches" the image of Northsails worldwide. I don't recommend it, even if it's not the best, buy from the competition is better than the stress to solve problems later. Employees don't have a clue about CRM, partners don't contribute to a good end product. In addition to the dishonesty of some employees. Here the customer is NEVER right! Shame, do not recommend.
