O consultor da empresa compareceu ao meu apartamento quatro dias antes, enviou o orçamento e confirmou agendamento de nossa mudança. No dia acordado o caminhão atrasou duas horas, a empresa enviou três funcionários que ao ver nosso
apartamento disse que não seria possível fazer nossa mudança em um único dia. E o que poderia ser feito era um dia para embalar e outro dia para levar ao novo endereço. Em fim dispensei o serviço imediatamente. Cuidado para também
não ficar nas mão desses profissionais que no mínimo são irresponsáveis.

Fiz contato com a empresa, com a finalidade de cotação de preços no início do dezembro e dois dias depois o Sr. Weyne já estava em minha residência inspecionando o material que seguiria na mudança. Foi rápido e preciso, prometendo entregar os produtos dentro do prazo que solicitei.
A coleta aconteceu no dia programado e foi de uma eficiência e cuidado incríveis. Tudo muito bem embalado e despachado.
A entrega foi feita dentro do prazo informado no início pelo Sr. Weyne e todos os objetos chegaram sem qualquer tipo de avaria ou dano, funcionando perfeitamente.
Diante dessa experiência, não posso dar nota menor do que 5 estrelas pela empresa. Tudo ocorreu de modo irretocável, sem qualquer avaria, nem mesmo de um copo de vidro.
Indico a Nordeste Mudanças pelo excelente atendimento, cumprimento de prazo e zelo com o material transportado.

The delivery was made within the period informed at the beginning by Mr. Weyne and all objects arrived without any type of damage or damage, working perfectly.
Given this experience, I cannot give a rating of less than 5 stars by the company. Everything happened in an irreproachable way, without any damage, not even a glass cup.
I recommend the Northeast Changes for excellent service, meeting deadlines and zeal with the material transported.
