★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ficamos esperando 1hora para podermos sentar, éramos os terceiros da lista, estávamos comemorando o aniversário de um amigo e infelizmente tivemos que mudar a opção, pois chegamos cedo e vimos que davam preferência para os conhecidos do que para os demais clientes. Péssima recepção!!!!
We waited 1 hour to be seated, we were the third on the list, we were celebrating a friend's birthday and unfortunately we had to change the option, as we arrived early and saw that they gave preference to acquaintances over other customers. Bad reception!!!!

Porque é o que acontece, chegamos no local e tivemos que entrar na fila de espera, falaram que ia nos ligar quando liberarem lugar e ate hoje nunca ligaram. Enquanto isso os amigos ou pessoas selecionadas como muitos já disseram aqui nas avaliações, passam na frente. Desrespeitoso, precisa muito aprender ainda sobre formar uma equipe competente e um lugar que saiba receber pessoas. Melhorem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos apenas uma vez. Fomos super bem atendidos, garçons educadissimos. Comida excelente. Cerveja super gelada,drinks ótimos. Parabéns aos envolvidos em nos proporcionar esse ambiente maravilhoso. Local ficou lindo.
We only went once. We were very well attended, polite waiters. Excellent food. Super cold beer, great drinks. Congratulations to those involved in providing us with this wonderful environment. Place was beautiful.

Não respeitam a ordem de chegada, selecionam quem irá ocupar as mesas, e mesmo após alocados, precisamos esperar um tempo absurdo até que um garçom viesse nos atender com muito mal gosto, atendimento péssimo por sinal, um espaço onde deveríamos estar descontraídos, nos causou ansiedade e descontentamento tamanho o descaso.
A disaster!!! They don't respect the order of arrival, they select who will occupy the tables, and even after being allocated, we have to wait an absurd time until a waiter comes to serve us with very bad taste, bad service by the way, a space where we should be relaxed, caused us anxiety and discontent such neglect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente é agradável, drinks muito bons assim como os pratos.. porém o que me deixou chateada foi o atendimento, desorganização na fila de espera, e no atendimento da mesa… percebi que algumas pessoas por serem conhecidas dos (garçons ou donos do local) tiveram privilégios em seus atendimentos. Eu estou fazendo essa reclamação pq de fato espero que vcs melhorem, é um diferencial na região mas se não prestarem atenção nisso perderam clientes antes mesmo de fideliza los…
Ambience is pleasant, drinks very good as well as the dishes.. but what made me upset was the service, disorganization in the waiting line, and in the service of the table… I noticed that some people were known to (waiters or owners of the place) had privileges in their services. I'm making this complaint because I really hope you guys get better, it's a differential in the region but if you don't pay attention to it you'll lose customers before you even retain them...

Atendimento péssimo, onde selecionam os clientes ( priorizando os amigos dos donos), fila de espera não é respeitada, se o amigo(a)/conhecido(a) dos donos chegam no local. Com isso os garçons seguem a linha de atendimento dos proprietários, atendimento com qualidade apenas para os ‘’ conhecidos’’, se você está no bistrô aguardando a boa vontade de te cederem uma mesa, os garçons nem mesmo te olham ao vc tentar fazer um pedido, vc se sente como se estivesse implorando por um favor, quando vc está querendo apenas ser atendido como qualquer outro cliente. Seletividade impera no local!
Frustrating experience both times I attended the establishment. Terrible service, where customers are selected (prioritizing the friends of the owners), the queue is not respected, if the friend/acquaintance of the owners arrives at the place. With this, the waiters follow the owners' service line, quality service only for the ''acquaintances'', if you are at the bistro waiting for the goodwill to give you a table, the waiters don't even look at you when you try to make a request, you feel like you're begging for a favor, when you're just wanting to be attended to like any other customer. Selectivity reigns in the place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em um primeiro momento em que estive no estabelecimento no horário do almoço tive uma experiência relativamente bacana, porém, depois de ontem, estive a noite com a casa cheia, cheguei com alguns amigos e nem sequer os funcionários/proprietários olhavam na nossa cara para ao menos informar que havia uma """"fila"""" entre várias aspas mesmo (essa que não é respeitada, até porque notei pessoas que não estavam nessa """"fila"""" chegando e sendo bem atendido pelos proprietários, acomodados em mesas que eram imediatamente "reservadas" assim que um cliente desocupava a mesma).
Uma dica a administração: hoje a casa esta cheia e que ótimo! Mas com certeza muito disso se vem pela curiosidade que um estabelecimento novo traz para a cidade, mas o que realmente fideliza esse cliente é um bom atendimento, atendimento esse que nem sequer tive.
Em resumo, deixei meu número para me ligarem assim que liberassem uma mesa e obviamente não ligaram em momento algum, tive que buscar outro estabelecimento onde sempre tive um ótimo atendimento por sinal.
Espero poder mudar de opinião ainda...
At first, when I was at the establishment at lunchtime, I had a relatively nice experience, however, after yesterday, I had a full house at night, I arrived with some friends and not even the employees/owners looked us in the face least to inform that there was a """"queue"""" between several quotation marks (this one that is not respected, even because I noticed people who were not in that """"queue"""" arriving and being well attended by the owners, seated at tables that were immediately "reserved" as soon as a customer vacated it).
A tip to the administration: today the house is full and that's great! But certainly a lot of this comes from the curiosity that a new establishment brings to the city, but what really makes this customer loyal is good service, service that I didn't even have.
In short, I left my number for them to call me as soon as they released a table and obviously they didn't call at any time, I had to look for another establishment where I always had great service by the way.
I hope I can change my mind yet...
