Erraram, mas o maior erro foi em prometer entregar novo lanche e não entregar. Não atenderam mais ao telefone. Nós deixaram esperando e não deram satisfação. Uma pena a falta de profissionalismo. Nota zero.
I bought a snack at Ifood, unfortunately they did not attend the observation to take a certain ingredient, which my daughter is intolerant. They were wrong, but the biggest mistake was in promising to deliver a new snack and not deliver. They didn't answer the phone anymore. We left waiting and gave no satisfaction. A pity the lack of professionalism. Zero score.
