★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualidade ruim. Rodei 10 livros e após abri-los a capa ja estava toda torna e nao fechava direito. Ao questionar o vendedor ouvi um "Você esta confundindo a qualidade de digital x offset". Uma piada!!! Sem contar o frete..após ter atrasado o material e nao terem entregado no dia combinado me cobraram R$ 44.00. Nem que o motoboy tivesse saido de outro estado o frete seria tão caro! Além disso tive problemas com um material que foi scaneado! Péssimo serviço
Bad quality. I ran 10 books and after opening them the cover was already all over and it didn't close properly. When questioning the seller I heard "You are confusing the quality of digital vs. offset". A joke!!! Not counting the shipping...after having delayed the material and not having delivered it on the agreed day, I was charged R$ 44.00. Even if the courier had left another state, the shipping would be so expensive! Also I had problems with a material that was scanned! bad service

Excellent service by the Manager Cecília and the quality is one of the best on the market. Beautiful books and very well done. Cecília is that person who embraces your project. Having a graphic like this makes all the difference for us. I recommend with eyes closed. Our Printing still has a differential: deadline. They are very punctual. Congratulations to all of the team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A impressão dos meus livros foi feita com pouca tinta e o texto ficou com péssimo aspecto em todos os livros, não foi um caso isolado. Além de que a capa de um exemplar simplesmente desgrudou. Os livros além de terem impressão fraca, não tem aquele cheiro agradável de livro novo e a capa se solta do conjunto. Nunca vi uma produção tão ruim.
Foi solicitada a reimpressão e já se passaram vários meses sem que a gráfica reparasse o problema.
Me sinto bastante prejudicado por ter entregue para as pessoas um livro que a qualquer momento pode desmanchar e quando interrompi as entregas, não pude ainda honrar com as entregas porque a gráfica não está dando a mínima importância para a questão.
Se você é de uma editora ou escritor recomendo que não arrisque prejudicar sua imagem com o público ao usar o serviço desta gráfica.
The printing of my books was done with little ink and the text looked terrible in all the books, it was not an isolated case. Besides that the cover of a copy simply came off. The books in addition to having a weak print, do not have that pleasant smell of a new book and the cover comes off the set. I've never seen such a bad production.
A reprint was requested and it has been several months without the printer fixing the problem.
I feel very harmed for having delivered to people a book that at any time can fall apart and when I interrupted deliveries, I still couldn't honor the deliveries because the printer is not giving the slightest importance to the issue.
If you are a publisher or writer, I recommend that you do not risk harming your image with the public when using this printer's service.
